I have been a fitness instructor for over 10 years. I started with cycling and resistance training classes. I loved the energy from teaching and taking these classes ( still do) . But then my mid 30's hit and now being a busy mom I knew I needed more calm in my life. Yoga .. umm , too slow , too boring. I like to sweat when I work out.
But I decided to try it...
Now about 7 years later , I am a certified 200hr RYT ( registered yoga teacher).
Yoga has taught me , CHANGED me in so many ways . I am ever so grateful I let go of my pride and tried it.
Being a mom , I see how kids need yoga too.
My poor kids.. I make them stop on the weekends when they have been playing their electronics for a long time and " Do a tech neck stretch "
So I decided to make a video for anyone else who spends a lot of time looking at a screen.. or driving a lot.
